IN OUR PRAYERS Today Luther Memorial congregation bids farewells to their pastor of 12 years, David Naumann, and his family. We join them in praying for the Lord’s blessings on his new ministry and that the Lord would grant the congregation a new pastor soon!

OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP ABOUND!

>> LAWN MOWING – It has been great to see so many families stepping forward to help – more is needed!

>> VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – Teachers, help with crafts, games, music, etc., not to mention students are needed! VBS will be on the last full week in July – July 26-30. Can you come/help? Please sign up!>>

VISITING MARSHA BROWN – Can you make the time to stop in and visit with Marsha Brown? She is still at home, not able to get out yet as she is still dealing with her staph infection. Don’t know her? Now would be a great time to do so.

SPECIAL COLLECTIONS We have a double special collection, which will continue through next Sunday –

1) for the members of our sister church in Bowdle, SD, whose property was damaged by a terrible tornado;

2) for the Ohlmann family in Valentine, NE, whose hardware store was burned to the ground a few weeks ago.

You are welcome to designate your offering for one or the other. Undesignated gifts placed in the basket will be divided equally between the two. Checks are to be made out to Faith Lutheran Church.

On Sunday Pastor took Alyssa, Dwight, Nathaniel, Rebecca, and Stephen Krause to hand out flyers from 5-8 p.m.; then on Monday Hunter Newton and Nick Martinez joined them. They were joined by other volunteers from Middleton and also from Eau Claire, WI. 3,000 flyers were handed out! We ask the Lord’s blessings on their VBS!
